Ingrid Garner is a 20-time award-winning actor/playwright based in Los Angel-ish. For over a decade, she has toured the international Fringe theatre circuit across the UK, US, Australia and Canada with “Eleanor’s Story”, an adaptation of her grandmother’s acclaimed WWII memoir. The performance has earned “Best Theatre” accolades at the world’s five largest theatre festivals, and a wealth of 5-star reviews. In 2026 she premiered a biographical show about Vampira called “A Hollywood Horror Story” which has enjoyed sold-out, award-winning runs across the US and Canada. When not on the road, she works for Arts Orange County’s Jail Program, teaching Creative Writing to transitional aged youth, women, and incarcerated military veterans. She also serves as an “on-scream” correspondent for the award-winning news, culture, and lifestyle website Halloween Every Night.

April Garro is a Trans artist, clown, improviser, haunt actor, teacher, and theatrical performer. California grown, they’ve been studying performance arts for over a decade. Through performances and teachings, April utilizes physicality to focus on connection and exploration. For the past 12 years they have worked as a haunt actor at the haunted theme park, Pirates of Emerson. Combining their love of clowning and the thrill of haunting, Loony the clown was created in 2019. In the Fall of 2025, April premiered their one-clown show, Fun with Loony, at The Church of Clown in San Francisco.

Melanie FitzSimons Owen (any pronouns) is a puppet maker/performer, fiber artist, and production manager based in Portland, Oregon. They completed their BA in Theater in 2018 at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and completed the Portland Playhouse directing apprenticeship. Melanie has taught puppetry and theater at Art4Life after school programs and worked with local and national companies including Imago Theater, Boom Arts, Lower Ease Side Shakespeare, and the Middle Eastern and North African Theater Makers Alliance. They host a Community Stitch Circle at the Holgate Library every month and details for upcoming dates can be found on Instagram.

Abby Jacquin is a designer, sparkenter, and performer based in Portland Oregon. following a childhood fascination with light switches, they have been on a lifetime quest for the most complex light switch they can find. recent lighting design credits include Apple Hunters! (ART), The Antipodes, and Dancing on the Sabbath (Shaking the Tree). they have a B.A in Theatre from Lewis and Clark College, and are a graduate of PETEs Institute of Contemporary Performance.

Piper Francis is a clown and performance artist based in Portland Oregon. Most recently you may have seen them in The Simple Truth by Ken Yoshikawa, or Keepers at Fertile Ground and Hand2Mouth’s New2You festivals. When they aren’t on stage, Piper is behind the scenes sound designing, most recently for Angels in America at the Greenhouse Cabaret in Bend. Monica Dailey (she, her) is a queer Okinawan-American artist and lover of laughs. She’s a happy li'l' clam when writing, performing, directing, and editing weird sh*t for the stage 'n' screen. You prolly don’t recognize Mo from the HUMP! films she’s created, but mayhaps you’ve seen the rando commercials, web series, and short films she’s been in and produced. Mo is a 26’ graduate of PETE’s Institute of Contemporary Performance training program and has been getting freakier ever since.
