Galatians 6:17 "From now on let no one cause me trouble, for I bear on my body the marks of Jesus."
The Father, a liberal priest in the 1600s, accused of heresy, is given an impossible task, determining the fate of a hysterical nun, alleging to have received the Mark of Christ, the Five Wounds, the Stigmata. Proving her false means saving his career, but if she speaks truth, the foundations of the faith could very well crumble. Can the Sister, through bouts of visions, illusions, and prophesyings prove her sanity? Has she truly been touched by god, or perhaps by something far more unknowable, far more sinister?

SAC(K) Performance Collective
Company
SAC(k) is a new performance collective founded by Samuel Scott Campbell, Annie Murrell, and Carlos-Zenen Trujillo. SAC(k) is an acronym that means everything and nothing; it is deadly (un)serious, much like its founding members. SAC(k) seeks to devise and perform new work and reinterpret classics through a variety of art forms including puppetry, drag, clowning, and performance art. We gravitate toward the strange, the grotesque, the ridiculous, and the blasphemous. SAC(k) made its debut at Basement Stair Collective’s Garden of Earthly Delights Cabaret in June 2026. Thank you to Stage Fright Festival for allowing us to show everyone our very large SAC(k) with our first mainstage presentation: Stigmata Daemonis!

"Sister"
Annie Murrell (she/her) is an Portland-based actor, artist, and alum of Southern Oregon University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in theatre with a concentration in performance. Recent credits include Grandma in Alarums & Excursions (Fertile Ground Festival), devising and performing the performance art piece Blank Slate (Oregon Fringe Festival), understudy for Shelby and Annelle in Steel Magnolias (Oregon Cabaret Theatre), and dog handler on the film Via Negativa. She is also the co-host of the film discussion podcast Retrospective Cinema and a founding member of SAC(k) Performance Collective.

"Father"
Samuel Scott Campbell (he/they) is an actor and artist living in Portland Oregon, they hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Arts Performance from Southern Oregon University. Some of Sam’s recent local credits include Tom in The Glass Menagerie, Charles Kean in Red Velvet, and Jack Frost in Hard-Boiled Eggnog, and the Jaston Williams’ track in Tuna Christmas at Bag&Baggage, they appeared as a demented optometrist and podcaster in Oculus Anubis with Tracy Francis, Ryan Francis, and Nabra Nelson at the Zidell Yards, and played Calico in the Ashland New Plays Festival reading of In Case of Bruising by Kamila Boga. Sam is a member of the Artist Company at Bag&Baggage Productions and a founding member of SAC(k) Performance Collective.

Writer/Director
Carlos-Zenen Trujillo is a Latine theatre artist from Bejucal, Cuba. Carlos’ written work includes: The Island in Winter and Our Utopia (Bag&Baggage Productions); Sirena (Portland Center’s JAW Festival); Christmas, Contigo (Oregon Cabaret Theatre; Teatro de las Americas; TheatreWorks Tampa); Conchita (a play about a dog) and WILD/CAUGHT (Artist Repertory Theatre); The Image of the Black Madonna and Abundancia (Oregon Shakespeare Festival); The Long White Line (LimeArts Productions) and Queen of Deseret (FUSE’s OUTWright Festival). Carlos-Zenen holds a BFA in Theatre Arts from Southern Oregon University with specializations in Performance, Direction and Dramaturgy. They hold a degree in Culinary Arts from the Northwest Culinary Institute, are a certified home care worker with the state of Oregon and a founding member of SAC(k) Performance Collective.
